Sponsorship:

To become a real estate professional, you must attend a real eastate school, complete the required courses and pass both the school's examination followed by an exam drawn up by the New York Department of State. 

Upon successful completion of the required course and exams, the new agent will receive an authorization form from the New York State Examination Department.  At this point, you will be ready to secure sponsorship with the Vize Property Group.
